A garden of quilts in Oxford

DSC01022Bayside Quilters of the Eastern Shore, Inc. will hold its biannual quilt show in the picturesque waterfront town of Oxford, Maryland. The title of the June 2015 show is “A Garden of Quilts.”

The show will be a vibrant experience displaying the quilting artistry of our talented members. The quilts will be hung in the John Wesley Methodist Episcopal Church of Oxford Neck, Corner of Oxford & Evergreen Roads, Oxford, Maryland, and in The Oxford Community Center and Old St. Paul’s church both on the main street in Oxford.

Again this year, the quilt show will be held in coordination with the Oxford Garden Club’s bi-annual show featuring the charming gardens of their town.

The town of Oxford is a quaint destination of beautiful historical houses, gorgeous waterfronts, and lovely restaurants. It is a perfect setting for a trip to see both the quilt show and the garden tour.

The quilt show will be open Friday, 10-5, Saturday, 10-5, and Sunday, 11-3. Admission is $10.

The Oxford Garden Show is open Saturday, 10-5.
