When we think of St. Patrick’s Day, we think GREEN! This month, Miss Shirley’s, Roland Park is serving up Grasshopper Pancakes, with Two Green Mint & Two Chocolate Pancakes, drizzled with Chocolate Sauce – a dish sure to satisfy any sweet tooth! In the mood for something more savory? You won’t want to miss the “Green Eggs & Ham” Omelet with Fresh Green Veggies, Smoked Ham & Cheddar Cheese at the Inner Harbor!
Of course, we could not forget to pay homage to traditional Irish cuisine! During the month of March, we will be offering festive savory selections like the new Corned Beef Hash Cakes and Shepherd’s Pie Stuffed French Toast at Miss Shirley’s, Inner Harbor, as well as the Reuben Stuffed French Toast at our Annapolis location.
Miss Shirley’s is also excited to feature a delicious coffee infused pancake, inspired by our local partners at Rise Up Coffee, who are celebrating their 10-year anniversary this month! Incorporating Rise Up’s 100% Organic & Fair Trade coffee, this sweet stack, topped with Maple Glaze and garnished with a Chocolate Covered Bacon Strip, is sure to satisfy!
