Man shot, killed in Glen Burnie residential parking lot

On Saturday, March 21, 2015 at approximately 8:57 p.m., the Anne Arundel County Police Department responded to the 400 block of Hardmoore Court, Glen Burnie, Maryland for a report of shots fired.

Upon arrival officers located a male lying in the parking lot suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The shooting victim was transported to the Baltimore Washington Medical Center where he was later pronounced deceased.

The victim was identified as Antwon Marque Coleman, 19, of the 200 block of Michele Circle, Millersville, Maryland. Several family members and associates responded to the hospital upon hearing of this incident and were notified of his death. On Sunday, March 22, 2015, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner located in Baltimore Maryland will perform an autopsy on Mr. Coleman to determine the exact cause and manner of death.

The Anne Arundel County Evidence Collection Unit assisted Homicide Detectives with scouring the crime scene for any items of possible evidentiary value. Homicide detectives have also located several witnesses and are in the process of conducting interviews to aid in the furtherance of this investigation.
