A free seminar, Recognizing the at-risk learner, will be presented on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 from 7:00 – 8:30pm at the Crofton Community Library. Parents of kindergarten and preschool-aged children should attend to learn about early communication, behavioral, and social indicators that may predict later learning difficulties.
- What might you observe?
- How do you discuss these observations with teachers?
- What are the options for early intervention?
The seminar will be presented by Dr. Joan Mele-McCarthy, The Summit School’s Executive Director and Head of School. For more information call the school directly at 410-798-0005.
This informational seminar is free and open to the public; however, an RSVP is required to reserve your seat: [email protected].
