fatal-accidentOn December 2, 2014 at approximately 2:30am traffic safety officers and fire department personnel responded to a report of a single vehicle crash on Solley Road at Chestnut Springs Lane in Glen Burnie.

The female passenger was found with severe head injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was uninjured but suspected to be under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and transported to Northern District.

After consulting with the States Attorney’s Office, the driver was charged with Homicide by Motor Vehicle while Intoxicated, DUI, and other traffic charges.
