Greenberg Gibbons announced today that Neo Pizza is coming to Annapolis Towne Centre. The quick-serve pizzeria will assume the 3,921-square-foot space next to Hair Cuttery and AT&T. The projected opening date is January 2015.
The locally owned restaurant specializes in “blisterized” pizza, a concept that is popular on the West Coast, which refers to the way the pizza looks after coming out of the oven. Diners will be able to customize their pizzas, which will be ready to eat within three minutes. The menu will include salads and beer will also be available.
“Neo puts a unique spin on the traditional pizza joint, combining quick service with artisan-quality food,” said Tom Fitzpatrick, President of Greenberg Gibbons. “We are excited to welcome them to Annapolis Towne Centre.”
