Military Bowl 2014 – LIVE BLOG

| December 27, 2014, 10:05 AM | 0 Comments

milbowlhelmetsWelcome to the 2014 Military Bowl in Annapolis, Maryland. The Military Bowl presented by Northrop Grumman, benefiting the USO, encourages fans of all ages to enjoy this year’s festivities leading up to the 1 p.m. kickoff as Virginia Tech faces Cincinnati at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. Eye On Annapolis will be covering the entire day and aside from this live blog, follow us on Twitter and Instagram (a new resolution for us in 2015).

But prior to kickoff, Eye On Annapolis will be covering the parade (9am) which will be led by the famous Budweiser Clydesdales. We will be aboard a trolley with the winners of the “Who’s Your Hero?” promotion with Budweiser. Once at the stadium, we will be bringing all the fun of the free Military Bowl Tailgate!  And of course, at 1pm, we will be bringing you the action from the field.  We have our awesome photographers (Kevin Carroll of A Digital Cure and Glenn Miller from Glenn A. Miller Photography) all over!  Please check back later tonight or tomorrow for their wonderful photos.

But for now, as with all of our live blogs, the most recent post will be right below this line.  If you are Tweeting or Instagramming today, please use the #MilitaryBowl2014 hashtag and we will look for your posts. And if you are not….well then, be sure to follow us on Twitter and Instagram!  Enjoy the day!
