Tai Burkholder joins Annapolis Film Festival as festival producer

Tai Antarctica1 (4)Tai Lavin Burkholder has joined the staff of the Annapolis Film Festival as Festival Producer.  A feature film producer with over 15 years of experience, Tai Burkholder is the Producer of two separate films that premiered at The Sundance Film Festival, including That’s What She Said starring Anne Heche. She has worked on dozens of films as Producer, Line Producer, or Production Supervisor and has worked with names such as Collin Firth, Emily Blunt, and Hilary Swank.

Tai just completed work on the film The Great Gilly Hopkins starring Glenn Close, Kathy Bates and Octavia Spencer. She also has extensive live event production experience including working for eight seasons as a producer of runway shows at New York City’s Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, and working in the office of AIDS Walk New York.

She is a graduate of The University of Virginia, and holds a Masters In Fine Arts from NYU’s prestigious Tisch School of the Arts in Film Production.

Lee Anderson and Patti White, two of the festival co-founders, are once again heading up the Festival as co-Festival Directors.
