Chesapeake Bay Events is pleased to announce that the Chesapeake Bay Blues Festival will be held on Saturday and Sunday May 16 and 17, 2015. The festival, held at Sandy Point State Park in Annapolis, Maryland, is a two day event to raise money for 3 local charities. “We are excited to be back after taking 2014 off” stated Don Hooker, Promoter.

Chesapeake Bay Events (CBE) held its first festival in 1998. It has quickly gained national notoriety as one of the premier Blues Festivals in the world. Outside of providing top caliber entertainment, the festival also gives ALL net proceeds to charity.
This year’s recipients are: CAMP FACE, a joint endeavor of the John Hopkins Cleft and Cranial Facial Children’s Center and Mercy Hospital, We Care and Friends, which is an organization providing a wide variety of services to the needy of Annapolis, and CAMP FANTASTIC, a camp for children with cancer which is operated by Special Love, Inc. There will be one other charity to be announced soon.
