Greenberg Gibbons announced that a brand new, 16,680-square-foot DSW (Designer Shoe Warehouse) opened at Waugh Chapel Towne Centre in Gambrills, Md. on Thursday, September 18.
DSW is a leading seller of brand name and designer footwear and accessories for all ages, genders and occasions. Situated between Ulta and Justice on Main Chapel Way, the new store carries approximately 24,000 pairs of shoes at any given time.
DSW joins several retailers specializing in fashion for all ages at Waugh Chapel Towne Centre, including Carters, Loft, Men’s Warehouse, Jos. A. Bank, Chicos, Old Navy, White House Black Market and more. Anchored by Wegmans and Target, Waugh Chapel Towne Centre also features an expansive selection of national and regional restaurants, specialty shops and services.
Located in West Anne Arundel County, Waugh Chapel Towne Centre is a $275-million mixed-use project with 650,000 square feet of retail space and 130,000 square feet of Class A office space. The development includes The Beacon at Waugh Chapel, a 298-unit apartment complex built by Bozzuto Group and The Villas at Waugh Chapel, a community of 40 townhouses, being built by Sturbridge Homes. Waugh Chapel Towne Centre is located next to the popular Village at Waugh Chapel, which is also managed by Greenberg Gibbons.
