Crucial Accountability seminars offered by Insight Management

MegaphoneYou may not have to look hard to find that one person in the office that seems like they are always getting away with more than anyone else. Would you like to learn the skills necessary to confidently and effectively discuss that person’s behavior directly with him or her?

Insight Management Consulting is hosting a two-day training course titled Crucial Accountability.  The course is designed for professionals who rely on the efforts of others to get things done and is based on the NYT Bestseller Crucial Accountability: Tools for Resolving Violated Expectations, Broken Commitments, and Bad Behavior by  Kerry Patterson, Joseph Grenny, David Maxfield, Ron McMillan and Al Switzler. The course is designed to teach business professionals to: hold individuals at all levels accountable; master performance discussions; motivate others without using power; manage projects without taking over; and move to action.

“Most of us are generally either too afraid to hold an accountability discussion with our colleagues or lack the skills to speak up without running the risk of ruining valuable relationships,” says Paul McMurray, president of Insight Management Consulting. “Crucial Accountability was designed to give everyone the confidence to master uncomfortable conversations.”

Crucial Accountability is being held October 7th and 8th at the SpringHill Suites, Arundel Mills. Price is $1076/person and Insight is offering 50% off a second registration.  To learn more visit www.findinsight.com/events.
