Navy held OSU for 3 quarters; fell apart in the 4th in 34-17 loss

Despite being the universal underdog, the United States Naval Academy Midshipmen kept up their paces with Ohio State yesterday at M&T Bank Stadium. In order to beat the #5 team, Navy had to be perfect.  And they weren’t. OSU got off to a rough start as Navy seemed to be doing an admirable job of handling them, but a failed field goal and a few uncharacteristic turnovers turned things around in the 4th quarter as Navy lost to the Buckeyes 34-17.

The next home game is at navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium at 3:30pm on Saturday September 20th against Rutgers University.
