Catch the Baysox for a buck

BaysoxThe Bowie Baysox announce today the best sports-entertainment bargain in the region, Baysox For A Buck Night Thursday, Aug. 21, as the Baysox take on the Reading Fightin Phils at 6:35 p.m.  Fans can order tickets at www.baysox.com or print a coupon and bring it to the Baysox box office to purchase general admission seat tickets for $1, reserved seat tickets for $3 or box seat tickets for $6.

The special online ticket offer is available at www.baysox.com through Tuesday, Aug. 19. Fans also have the option to print the coupon found at www.baysox.com that can be redeemed in person at the Baysox Box Office.  The tickets are only valid Thursday, Aug. 21, and fans can purchase up to six tickets per coupon, limit one coupon per fan. There is a $1.50 service charge applied to online orders.

Thursday, Aug. 21 is also War of 1812 Night presented by the Anacostia Trails Heritage Area. Celebrate the battles that helped shape Maryland and see the Chantymen perform the National Anthem in period dress.

Baysox Baseball – We’ll Knock Your ‘Sox Off. The Baysox 2014 season and 22nd season of baseball at Prince George’s Stadium is winding down. Parking is free at every Baysox home game and tickets are available at www.baysox.com, or by calling the Baysox box office at (301) 464-4865.
