The Baysox won the game in the bottom of the ninth inning against Altoona reliever Collin Balester. Garabez Rosa started the rally with a two-out RBI single that plated Mike Yastrzemski from second base. Buck Britton then walked and Marrero singled to right field to bring Rosa home and tie the game.
