Kosmo Nail Bar holds official grand opening

Annapolis Mayor Michael Pantelides and Ward One Alderman Joe Budge were pleased to welcome Kosmo Nail Bar to Annapolis at a ribbon cutting ceremony last week. Small and Minority Business Enterprise Coordinator Consuella Caudill and MainStreets Annapolis Partnership Coordinator Lisa Craig were also at today’s event.

Kosmo Nail Bar, located at 40 Randal Street in Annapolis, is a professional, hygienic and affordable nail salon that enjoys teasing its customers with a mock bar selection. Kosmo offers a “Manitini” Bar, which provides a number of manicures and a “Peditini” Bar providing numerous pedicure services. Needless to say, no alcoholic beverages are served. Other services include artificial nails, waxing, eyelash extensions and even a Bambi Bar, offering salon services for kids 12 and younger.

kosmo“This is another great example of how our whimsical, diverse and unique businesses in Annapolis bring in tourism while accommodating the needs of our local residents,” Mayor Mike Pantelides said.

The Team of licensed cosmetologists, estheticians, and nail technicians are available for weddings, birthdays, proms and parties. Kosmo Nail Bar, a family owned business, had its official ribbon cuttings ceremony today, June 13, at 11:30 a.m. Its manager, Bao Ngo, says, “Kosmo focuses on the most current trends in order to introduce the newest services available to the clients.”

Kosmo Nail Bar is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information, go to www.kosmonailbar.com.
