Born and raised in Annapolis, John Talman is bringing more mobile cuisine to the streets!  Have lived here around the bay all his life, he has been inspired to make different creations from the bay.

He always try to buy local as much as possible to support the local economy.

With more than 27 year experience in hospitality, including working at Middleton Tavern, Chart House and Main Ingredient, his skills have been honed and sharpened to the point where creating his own business was a dream come true.

The cooking style is homegrown Annapolis area comfort food. John loves creating dishes with fresh ingredients and balancing them right to make the dishes perfect. His commitment is to serve daily fresh food with great flavor.
