Friday, February 7 at 7pm – “Cooking Fish & Loving It” – Seafood is healthy and expensive. You want to make sure you get the most out it. Chef Pope will lead students in selecting and preparing a variety of seafood.
Monday, February 17, 7pm – “We Have an App For That” – Dread the “bring an appetizer” request? Think beyond the cheese & fruit platter. Chef Pope will share ideas that will make you the hit of the neighborhood party circuit.

It’s no secret: Chef Pope loves the restaurant atmosphere. He launched his career in some of DC’s most prestigious restaurant kitchens, and now he’s bringing that experience to you. On designated Friday nights, Roundz Gourmet will open the door to diners from 6-9 pm for a 5-course, $50 fixed price menu. Guests will have a selection of options for each course. Reservations are strongly recommended by walk-ins will be accommodated as space allows. From the dining area, guests will have a view of the exhibition kitchen, watching as Chef and staff prepare and plate meals. It is a dining experience far from ordinary. Chef’s table is a private dining event with Chef Pope at Roundz Gourmet. Only one group is booked per evening, so you will enjoy the exclusive attention of Chef and staff. Prior to your date, Chef will consult with you regarding any dietary restrictions or preferences. From that conversation, he will create a menu custom-tailored to your group.
