Roundz Gourmet Catering and Dining will be hosting two cooking classes during the month of February
Friday, February 7, at 7 pm
“Cooking Fish and Loving It!” – This has been a much-requested class. Chef will lead students in selecting and preparing a variety of seafood…and the post-class dining is excellent!
Monday, February 17, at 7 pm
“We Have An App For That” – Appetizer, that is. Chef will teach the secrets of preparing hors d’oeuvres that will rock the “bring a dish” party circuit.
Each class is $60 per student and includes a printed curriculum and dining following instruction. Classes are taught by award-winning Chef Zachary Pope (Best Chef 2011, 2012 & 2013) and last approximately 2 hours. Additional events coming up in February, include “Dinner at Roundz” on Friday, Feb. 21 & 28. On those nights, Roundz will open doors from 6-9 pm, restaurant-style, and offer diners a fixed price, 5-course menu for $50.
