Woman Shot To Death In Riviera Beach.  A woman was shot and killed in Riviera Beach Saturday night, Anne Arundel County police said. County police said officers found Ana Isabel Racine, 21, of Pasadena, suffering from gunshot wounds to her upper body around 11:50 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Meadow Road in Riviera Beach. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Man Robs Chinese Restaurant In Pasadena. A man robbed an Anne Arundel County restaurant at gunpoint Friday night and got away on a bicycle, police said. County police said officers were called around 7:30 p.m. to the Golden China Restaurant in the 100 block of Mountain Road in Pasadena for an armed robbery.

Polar Bear Plunge Canceled Due To Weather.  Bitter cold weather prompted organizers to cancel the 18th annual Maryland State Police Polar Bear Plunge. State police said a combination of extreme wind, cold temperatures, ice on the beach and in the water, as well as approaching snow caused the cancellation. Sustained winds of 20-30 mph are pounding the beach from the east and are creating waves up to 5 feet.

Family Of Columbia Mall Shooting Victim Speaks Out. As the Howard County community tries to cope with the tragedy that unfolded at the Columbia Mall on Saturday in which a gunman killed two mall employees before killing himself, the family of one of the victims said they want to carry on the legacy their son was building. Johnson’s aunt, Sydney Petty, told 11 News that Johnson’s parents are devastated but coping the best they can. She said they are hoping that the legacy their son was starting to build will be carried on.
