Schuh Endorsed By Sen. Getty

SchuhDelegate Steve Schuh has announced his endorsement for Anne Arundel County Executive by Maryland Senate Minority Whip Joseph Getty.

“Steve Schuh is a strong voice for tax relief and jobs and a leader in the House of Delegates on fiscal issues,” Getty said. “Anne Arundel County can lead this State as a model of effective Republican leadership with Schuh as County Executive. I strongly endorse his candidacy and his vision for lower taxes, less regulation and top-notch constituent service.”

Getty is a leader in the Maryland Senate, a member of the Budget and Taxation Committee and former Policy and Legislative Director for Governor Robert L. Ehrlich Jr. He was chosen by his colleagues to serve as Minority Whip in September.

“Senator Getty is a trusted friend and adviser who has an encyclopedic knowledge of how to effectively run government,” Schuh said. “I am honored to have him on my team and receive his endorsement for Anne Arundel County Executive.”

Schuh has received more than 100 endorsements from leaders in the Republican Party, including former governor Robert L. Ehrlich Jr., Congressman Andy Harris, Councilman Ron Dillon and House Minority Leader Nic Kipke. Schuh is a lifelong resident of Anne Arundel County, where he has raised his raised his two children, started successful businesses and been an effective community leader.
