Laurel Woman Robbed In Front Of Children. A Laurel woman was robbed just outside her apartment in front of her children, Anne Arundel County police said. The woman told police she and her children were walking up the apartment’s stairwell in the 100 block of Lauren Drive just after 9:30 p.m. Saturday when a man approached them with a gun and demanded her purse.

Baltimore man Charged In Annapolis Burglary.  Annapolis police have arrested a man who they said burglarized an office building earlier this month, stealing nearly $6,000 worth of computers and other property. Donald Genco, 31, of Baltimore, was arrested Wednesday night and charged with burglary and theft under $10,000 in connection with the burglar of the Bay Weekly office in the 1100 block of Spa Road between Dec. 4 and Dec. 5.

Boys, 15, Charged In Robbery And Attack On Juveniles.  Anne Arundel County police said two 15-year-olds were arrested in connection with the armed robbery of three other juveniles at a park in Severn in broad daylight. Officers were called to the Province’s Park in the 1400 block of Disney Road around 10:45 a.m. Thursday, where the three victims told them that they had been robbed and one of them had been assaulted about an hour beforehand.

Toddler Run Over By Car In Lothian.  An 18-month-old boy was run over by a car in Lothian early Thursday morning. Anne Arundel County police said the boy had been standing near or under a car in the 1200 block of Mount Zion Marlboro Road shortly before 8:30 a.m. when the driver pulled away, unaware that the child was there.
