CD Signing To Benefit Hospice

hospiceHospice of the Chesapeake is pleased to announce Peggy O’Neil Gilligan of Pasadena will be autographing copies of her holiday CD Winter Sky: A Christmas Tribute from 1 to 5 p.m. on Dec. 6 at Hospice of the Chesapeake’s Treasures, an upscale resale shop located in the Park Plaza Shopping Center in Severna Park, MD.  Staffed by volunteers, Treasures benefits Hospice of the Chesapeake and all of its programs and services.

Released in 2012, the collection of holiday favorites includes “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” and “Winter Wonderland”.  All of the proceeds from the sale of the CD will benefit Hospice of the Chesapeake’s programs and services offered in Anne Arundel and Prince George’s Counties.

Gilligan is an accomplished musician who studied voice for four years at Peabody Preparatory. Peggy was a member of the Newe Renaissance Voyces for 20 years and now sings with Trinitas, an a capella women’s trio. Winter Sky brings Peggy’s originality to many of the season’s classics delivered in an intimate fashion that will satisfy those who believe in the nostalgic spirit of the season.   In addition to her musical talents, Gilligan has been a dedicated hospice volunteer for more than 15 years caring for those living with advanced illness.
