Delegate Don Dwyer Involved In Another Accident

On October 29, 2013 at approximately 10:27 a.m., officers responded to the area of Rt. 100 w/b near Magothy Bridge Rd. in Pasadena, MD for a report of an accident.

The at fault driver was attempting to make a left hand turn from Rt. 100 E/B onto Magothy Bridge Rd. The driver of the at fault vehicle made a left turn, at a steady red signal, into the path of a Cadillac Deville that was being operated by Delegate Don Dwyer. Preliminary investigation revealed driver error on the part of the driver of the Camero.

Del. Dwyer’s car struck the other vehicle, a Chevy Camero, on its passenger side.

Neither driver required medical treatment at the scene. Del. Dwyer’s vehicle was towed away from the scene because it was not drivable from the accident.

The at-fault driver has been identified as Misti Lynn Boggs, 29, of Glen Burnie. She was cited for Failing to control speed to avoid collision (carries a penalty of $130.00 3 points) and Failure to obey traffic control device (carries a penalty of $130.00 3 points w/ contributing to an accident).
