Dr. Thomas Heslin, a beloved Latin teacher from Severn School was killed yesterday in a tragic bicycle accident. As news of the tragedy began to spread, students and former students took to Twitter to express their sadness, shock, and admiration for the Severn School teacher, affectionately known as “Doc”, that obviously had a tremendous impact on those he taught and even those he didn’t.
