Baysox To Host Ravens’ Justin Tucker

justin-tucker-baltimore-ravensThe Bowie Baysox announced Ravens Pride Night with Justin Tucker Bobbleleg Giveaway as the Baysox take on the Richmond Flying Squirrels at Prince George’s Stadium Thursday, July 11, at 7:05 p.m. The first 750 fans ages 13 and up will receive the bobbling rendition of the current Super Bowl Champion Baltimore Ravens kicker.

Tucker will be recognized before the game with an on-field ceremony and will throw out a ceremonial first pitch. Special autograph tickets are available for $10 at www.baysox.com for fans who would like to get an autograph from the kicker and only fans who purchase the tickets will be able to get an autograph. Only 250 autograph tickets are available and they must be ordered in advance. A ticket to the game must be purchased in addition to the autograph ticket in order to gain admission to the stadium the evening of the event.

Baysox Assistant General Manager Phil Wrye helped organize this event.  “The Ravens made an incredible run to win the Super Bowl last season and we are looking forward to celebrating that achievement during one of our games,” Wrye said. “We are excited that Ravens kicker Justin Tucker will be able to attend the game and show off some of his place-kicking skills for our fans.”

The Tucker figurine features both a bobbling head and kicking leg. Tucker was signed by the Ravens as an undrafted free agent and was a breakout star for Baltimore during his rookie campaign in 2012. He made 30 of his 33 field goal attempts during the regular season and converted all 42 of his extra point attempts. The Texas native stayed at home to play college football at the University of Texas.
