Photos: Day 2 Of The Chesapeake Bay Blues Fest

The Rain Gods smiled upon the Blues on Sunday. While the perpetually-wrong weather forecasters stuck with their 60% chance of rain, the show went on under cloudy skies that gave way to glorious sunshine, Mavis Staples and Bonnie Raitt who closed out the 2013 Chesapeake Bay Blues Festival.
