Attack Prevention And Self Defense Seminar

Annapolis Parks and RecAnnapolis Recreation and Parks will host a Situational Awareness and Assailant Force Evasion Training (SAAFE-T) seminar on Wednesday, June 12th, 7 to 9 p.m. at the “Pip” Moyer Recreation Center at Truxtun Park, 273 Hilltop Lane in Annapolis.

SAAFE-T will offer many useful forms of attack prevention and defense modalities. The seminar is aimed to intuitively and tactically arm individuals of all ages with the ability of self-defense. SAAFE-T is led by Todd Rosenthal, who served in the United States Secret Service, the Department of Defense and earned two master’s degrees in Communications. He is a certified R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) Systems instructor and body language expert.

The seminar costs $25 per adult, and pre-registration is requested. SAAFE-T is aimed for individuals 18 and up, but it is open to all ages (youth suggested to attend with an adult).
