UPDATE: Glen Burnie High Camera Incident

UpdateAfter a thorough investigation, the Anne Arundel County Police will not be charging the officer who placed a camera in the boy’s bathroom in Glen Burnie High School.

A thorough investigation has been conducted and based upon the evidence, no criminal laws have been violated and therefore the officer involved in this incident will not be criminally charged. The criminal investigation revealed that the device was not used to record, store, or transmit any images or sound.

The Anne Arundel County Police Department worked closely with the Anne Arundel County State’s Attorney’s Office in reference to this case. An administrative investigation is ongoing.
