Culprits Sought In Gambrills Bar Fight. Police in Anne Arundel County are looking for several culprits involved in a bar fight that seriously injured a man over the weekend. Police were called to the Irish Channel Restaurant and Pub in the 1000 block of Route 3 North in Gambrills around 5 p.m. Sunday after getting reports of an assault.

Police Make Arrests In Millersville BurglaryAnne Arundel County police said they made two arrests in connection with a Millersville burglary. Officers were called to the 300 block of Highland Drive around 11:17 p.m. Monday for a report of a burglary in progress. A woman told police that two burglars attempted to get into her apartment through a window and one of them was armed.

Witness Leads Police To Stolen Car In LaurelAnne Arundel County police were able to catch the thief who stole a vehicle from a Laurel gas station. Officers were called to the 3600 block of Laurel Fort Meade Road for a report of a stolen car around 1 p.m. Sunday. While en route, police said officers received information the stolen car is a white 2005 Nissan and was traveling eastbound on Route 32.

White Student Union Wants Patrols. The controversial White Student Union at Towson University said its members will conduct random patrols around campus to help police with what it calls an increase in black-on-white crime on and around campus. While the university does not recognize the White Student Union, there is little, if anything, it can do to stop the actions of the group, school officials said.
