Clifton Parker Joins Champion Realty

Parker CliftonChampion Realty has announced  that Clifton Parker III has joined the company as a sales associate in their Annapolis office at 711 Bestgate Road, where he will focus on residential properties. For the past eight years Parker has specialized in new-home sales and is well versed in quality construction and smooth transactions.

“I like being the guy who helps people transition into their next stage of life, whether they are getting married, having kids or downsizing,” said Parker. “It’s rewarding to build relationships, listen closely to clients’ needs, and match people up with properties that fit them.” A fourth-generation Annapolitan, Parker chose Champion Realty because “they do things the right way,” he said. “I’m impressed by Champion’s high standards, the professional way they run their offices, and the policies and procedures they have in place, which help me give clients the best possible service.”

“Cliff’s drive, his experience selling new homes and his deep familiarity with Annapolis neighborhoods are real assets,” said Pat Savani, manager of the Annapolis office. “Keeping clients informed and satisfied comes so naturally to him, it seems to be second nature.”

“Our agents have worked with Cliff for years selling houses at new-homes communities where he was the project manager, and we’ve always seen him as one of the true professionals in the industry,” said Jon Coile, CEO of Champion Realty, Inc. “With his market knowledge and connections, combined with Champion’s marketing tools, Cliff is going to do a great job in the years ahead for his past and future clients.”

Parker pointed out that his favorite hobbies, carpentry and woodworking, contribute to his eye for workmanship and his ability to steer clients to quality offerings.  He is the father of two young daughters and is married to another Champion agent, Melissa Parker.
