Key School To Host Middle School Open House

Key SchoolThe Key School will hold a Middle School Open House on Friday, March 1, 2013. Families interested in learning more about Key’s Middle School program for children in grades 5-8 are invited to attend.

Beginning at 9:00 a.m., all visitors will have the opportunity to tour the campus, meet faculty and parents, and hear students discuss life at Key.

The Key School is a Pre-Kindergarten through grade twelve independent day school that encourages intellectual rigor, independence of thought, curiosity, creativity, and openness to differing ideas and perspectives. The largest nonsectarian school in Anne Arundel County, Key School enrolls 700 students. The average class size is 16-18 and the student teacher ratio is 8:1.

The Middle School Open House takes place Friday, March 1, 2013, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. and begins in the School’s Admission Office, 534 Hillsmere Dr., Annapolis, Md., 21403.

Key is currently accepting applications for Pre-Kindergarten through grade 12. Key School encourages all qualified students who are interested in its programs to apply for admission, regardless of family financial status.
