The Londontowne Symphony Orchestra will be playing a “Pops” concert on January 13, 2013 at 3 PM in the South River High School auditorium in Edgewater featuring favorite music and outstanding local soloists. This “American Songbook” concert, directed by Anna Binneweg, will include Leonard Bernstein’s Overture to Candide, Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue featuring pianist William Bloomquist and a number of American songs featuring vocal artist Dana Robinson.

Her live solo performances include a Celebration Of Peace Banquet for General Colin Powell, a private performance for the Premier of China and his staff, and the Half Time Show at the 2000 Holiday Bowl in San Diego.

Dana has been the lead female vocalist for the Naval Academy’s Rock Band, Electric Brigade, and the Concert Band in Annapolis, MD, and performed locally and throughout the United States in that capacity for five years.
