2-Alarm Odenton Fire Displaces 30 Residents. Firefighters in Anne Arundel County battled a two-alarm apartment blaze that displaced dozens of residents in Odenton. Crews were called to the Seven Oaks Apartment complex, a three-story complex in the 2000 block of Kintore Circle, at 1:11 p.m. Wednesday. Nine residents were able to escape from the building.

AAMC Delivers Quadruplets. Doctors and nurses at Anne Arundel Medical Center delivered the hospital’s second set of quadruplets last week. Mary Voekcker, of Kent County, delivered the foursome on Thursday. “The procedure went very well. It was uncomplicated,” said Dr. Anthony Moorman, one of the OB/GYNs who delivered the babies. “The mother, babies and dad are all doing well. It was very reassuring to hear each of those babies cry.”

Man, 75, Rescued From Fire In Critical Condition. A two-alarm fire in Anne Arundel County left a 75-year-old man hospitalized, fire officials told 11 News.  Firefighters were called shortly before 6:30 p.m. Monday to the 1300 block of Generals Highway in Crownsville, where almost half of a single-family home converted into apartments was on fire.

Man Carjacks SUV With 7-Year Old Boy Inside. Baltimore City police are looking for the person who carjacked a vehicle early Thursday morning with a 7-year-old boy inside. Officers said the carjacking happened around 7:30 a.m. at Belair Road and White Avenue. Police said a man who was in the running SUV with the boy got out briefly to drop off another child at day care, and in that time, someone else hopped inside and took off.
