Mayor: Half-Naked Man Peed In Garage. If you’re caught with your pants down, let it not be in public. Shortly after 3:45 p.m. Tuesday, Annapolis Mayor Joshua Cohen happened upon a man with “his pants down to his ankles urinating” in a city parking garage on Gorman Street, according to a police report.

Millington Man Arrested After Traffic StopAnne Arundel County police said they arrest a 31-year-old Millington man after traffic stop in Glen Burnie. Police said officers conducted a traffic stop at Hospital Drive near Crain Highway at 7:34 p.m. Tuesday. Authorities said detectives smelled a strong odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. After a search was conducted, police said they seized 45.2 grams of marijuana, with an estimated street value of $900, related drug paraphernalia and $500 in cash from the car.

Police Searching For Burglars Who Assaulted Pasadena ManAnne Arundel County police said they are looking for two men involved in an assault and burglary. Officers were called to a home in the 7800 block of Coutros Court in the Freetown Community of Pasadena at 7:17 p.m. Tuesday. A 37-year-old man told police he left his home when two men approached him and demanded his keys. The victim attempted to push his way past the men, but one of them, who had a stun-gun-type of weapon, used it on the victim, causing him to fall to the ground.

Another Case Of Meningitis Confirmed In Maryland. Another case of fungal meningitis linked to a deadly nationwide outbreak has been confirmed in Maryland, bringing the total to 16, and experts said they still expect that number to grow. Doctors’ offices have been flooded with calls from concerned potential victims across the country.
