From Farm To Gourmet Table Roundz Showcases Local Corn In Special Dinner

Chefs Zachary Pope & Robert Brown of Roundz Gourmet Market (2299 Johns Hopkins Road, Gambrills, MD) have created a unique menu to showcase locally grown corn for the monthly Roundz After Dark dinner scheduled for Saturday, August 18, at 7:30 PM. For your dining pleasure:

  • Smoked Pork Tenderloin with Corn Spoon Bread,Pickled Onions, Sweet Peppers & Local Plum Chutney
  • Corn Milk Soup with Black Truffles
  • Lobster Stuffed Squash Blossom with Corn, Shallot & Fava Bean Succotash
  • Braised Oxtail Tamales with Pasolẻ & Molẻ Sauce
  • Sweet Corn Polenta Cake with Local Peaches & Whipped Cream

Roundz After Dark is a gourmet dining experience like no other. Each a month, Chef Pope and staff transform the dining area into an intimate bistro where guests can watch the preparation of high-end culinary creations while enjoying live music and their favorite beverage. $80 per person.
