A subsequent search revealed 46 mature marijuana plants growing in a fenced in portion of the back yard of the residence. Each plant was approximately five to six feet in length with an approximate street value of $50,000. In addition, Detectives located and seized 11 handguns, five shotguns, eight rifles with one being an assault rifle (AK-47), numerous ammunition magazines, boxes of shotgun, rifle and pistol ammunition, a marijuana growing book and a Tupperware container containing marijuana seeds inside of the residence. Of the 24 guns, 10 were registered. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives will follow-up to determine the legality of the unregistered weapons.
