St. John’s College Announces Lecture Series

St. John’s College welcomes the community to attend a series of seven lectures held on Wednesday evenings during the summer. Lectures are given by St. John’s College faculty members and visiting lecturers, and explore authors which are studied in the college’s curriculum, including Machiavelli, Einstein, and Socrates. The first lecture, “Everyone Sees How You Appear; Few Touch What You Are: Machiavelli on Human Nature,” by tutor Jeffrey Black, will be held on June 20. The lectures, which are free and open to the public, will be held in the Great Hall at 7:30 p.m.
