Gardiner & Appel Accounting Group has recently named Tom E. Cleaver, Jr., E.A., as Principal of the Severna Park based firm. Mr. Cleaver has over 32 years experience in Public Accounting. Prior to joining Gardiner & Appel, Tom was the President/CEO of Cleaver Associates Accounting Firm in Annapolis, Maryland. He will focus on business and personal tax preparation and planning, IRS and State representation and resolution, tax promise offers and non filer return preparation. Tom has been a Certified Tax Professional since 1980 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting.
Mr. Cleaver is active in various charitable organizations, including the Severna Park Chamber of Commerce. Tom lives in Severna Park and is an avid power boater.
