Eastport Shooting Claims The Life Of Annapolis Man

Gunfire erupted along Madison Avenue in Eastport early Saturday morning claiming the life of an Annapolis man.  According to a police report, on June 23, 2012 at about 1:15am, the Annapolis Police Department received multiple calls for shots fired in the 1100 block of Madison St. When officers arrived they observed the victim, identified as 29 year old Orlando Sherman McDaniel of Annapolis, suffering from a gunshot wound.

Mr. McDaniel was transported to Anne Arundel Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
