19th Annual Golf Tournament To Benefit Boys & Girls Club

| June 17, 2012, 06:31 PM | 0 Comments
Join the excitement at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Annapolis & Anne Arundel County’s (BGCAA) annual golf tournament. The 19th Annual Adrian L. Merton Tee It Up For Education Golf Tournament, presented by The Brick Companies, is scheduled for Monday, September 24th at the Club at South River. The tournament will help provide continued support for Anne Arundel County youth who are being served by BGCAA. This tournament is a community favorite with foursomes and sponsorships historically selling out, so an early commitment is highly encouraged.
Reggie Broddie, Chief Professional Officer of BGCAA is looking forward to another great year on the course. “In this our 19th year of the Golf Classic, we are delighted to have the following partners who have already agreed to join us including Adrian L. Merton, The Brick Companies, Chubb Surety, Erie Insurance, The Williams Companies, Alliant Insurance Services, The Capital Gazette, Gotugo, Harkins Builders, Robert Andrew, Snyder-Ervin Group of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, and Thompson Creek,” said Mr. Broddie.
The scramble tournament will kick-off at 10:00 a.m. and includes 18-holes of golf, breakfast, lunch on the course, and snacks and beverages throughout the day. It will feature a post-tournament awards dinner with numerous raffles, prizes, and a delicious dinner.
For sponsorship opportunities please contact Bob Zurfluh (Golf Chair) at 410-721-2873 or Lisa Seborowski at 410-279-1596.
All proceeds from the tournament will help BGCAA achieve it’s mission of inspiring and enabling all youth, especially those who need them most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens.
