US Naval Academy Sea Trials (Photos)
The end of the year for 4th Class Midshipmen at the US Naval Academy truly begins with Sea Trials to test their mettle in trying circumstances. Rain or shine, these future officers must prevail. Kevin Carroll was on site for Eye On Annapolis and captured these images.
