Job Fair To Host 87 Employers.  A statewide database indicates Anne Arundel County is home to 13,000 job openings, some of which may be filled at a job fair.The Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corp. has announced the dates for Back-to-Work Week, an event intended to help residents find work. Beginning Wednesday and lasting through May 22, a series of free workshops and events are scheduled at locations throughout the county.

Federal Authorities Raid Pain Clinic.  Federal drug agents and Baltimore County police have raided a Timonium pain clinic that is the subject of a WBAL-TV 11 News I-Team investigation. A team on undercover Drug Enforcement Administration agents and Baltimore County police officers raided The Healthy Life Medical Group on York Road, WBAL-TV 11 News reporter Kate Amara reported.

Arson Suspected In Post Office Fire.  Someone set a fire inside the postmaster’s office in a Harford County Post Office early Tuesday. According to the State Fire Marshal’s Office, eight firefighters from two departments were called just before 7 a.m. to the 4400 block of Pulaski Highway in Belcamp. Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire, which caused an estimated $5,000 in damage to the contents of the office.

Students To Compete In Global Problem-Solving Tournament.  A team of seven Baltimore middle schoolers has been selected to represent Maryland in a global Destination Imagination tournament that focuses on creative problem-solving. The middle schoolers from The Greenmount School in Hampden have been practicing their presentation for the tournament. “It’s an educational program they offer for children all over the world,” explained parent and team coach Linda Pietila.
