Workshops feature sommelier and wine educator Jay Youmans, who discusses how to taste and describe wine, and cheese connoisseur Phil Altherr. In addition, local chef Jerry Pelligrino presents a cooking demonstration and suggests wines to accompany the meal. There will also be a raffle drawing to win a trip for two to Napa Valley. Wine samples, served with a selection of appetizing hors d’oeuvres, will be available throughout the day.
