Soldier’s West Point Ring Stolen In Burglary.  Capt. Andrew Filauro moved to Federal Hill after a 10-month deployment in Afghanistan. While in combat, he said he hardly ever worried about security and was upset to discover that someone had come into his South Hanover Street home and stolen his most sentimental possession.”I’ve spent lots of time in combat environments where the last thing I’d really think about was security, and now I’m back in the states and made it through a deployment and I see someone has disrespected my stuff and my roommate’s stuff. It’s very, very disheartening to know that we have people out there who would do that,” Filauro said.
