City Officer Shot By County Officer In Odenton. A Baltimore County officer serving on a regional task force has been placed on routine administrative leave after an officer-involved shooting.The incident occurred Monday afternoon in Anne Arundel County.The officer, whose name is being withheld pending an internal investigation, was executing a search warrant in Odenton when his weapon discharged, according to spokeswoman Elise Armacost. 11 News learned that police were serving a search warrant Monday afternoon in the 100 block of Pinecove Avenue.

Tanker Truck Crash Shuts Down Route 301. Officials in Prince George’s County are trying to figure out what caused a tanker truck carrying fuel to flip over.It happened about 9:45 p.m. Monday on Route 301 near Route 450 in Bowie.Officers said the driver suffered minor injuries.Authorities expect traffic could be backed up for some time.

Pedestrian Struck By Car In Severn. A 52-year-old woman is in serious but stable condition after being struck by a car in Severn.The woman was identified Monday as Claudine Anne Marie Hemingway, 52, of Laguna Niguel, Calif.Police said Hemingway was rushed to Shock Trauma shortly after 7:30 p.m. Sunday after police said she stepped out into traffic and was hit by a vehicle at the intersection of Telegraph Road and Grande View Avenue.

$575K Multi-Match Ticket Sold In Maryland. Maryland Lottery officials are waiting for the latest Multi-Match jackpot winner to come forward.The jackpot was won last week for the ninth time in 2011. The $575,000 win occurred just two weeks after the last win, a $700,000 prize that was won in November. Multi-Match produced six jackpot wins in 2010.
