The insurer of a trucking company whose tanker leaked sticky black goo onto the Pennsylvania Turnpike in November said in court filings that its $1 million policy likely won’t be enough to cover roughly 1,000 claims for damaged vehicles.That’s why Travelers Indemnity Co. wants to deposit $1 million into a bank account overseen by a federal judge in Pittsburgh to satisfy its policy covering Marino Transportation Services, also known as MTS Transport.

Day After Christmas Attracts Shoppers To The Malls. Shoppers were out early at Towson Town Center Monday morning. Christmas Eve Powerball Ticket Sold In Maryland. Someone is millions of dollars richer after the jackpot-winning Powerball numbers matched a ticket sold in Maryland. Maryland Lottery spokeswoman Carole Everett told WBALTV.com that the winning ticket for Saturday’s drawing was sold at Wesley’s Restaurant on Telegraph Road in Elkton, Cecil County. The retailer will receive a $25,000 commission for selling the winning ticket.
