Tragically, last week, a man was murdered in Glen Burnie. The police quickly developed a suspect and issued a warrant for his apprehension. This particular suspect, was apparently a somewhat law-abiding one, and reported to the Baltimore County Detention Center to check in for a weekend stay on an unrelated incident.
Well, he was arrested. I guess he thought that cops don’t talk!
On November 18, 2011, Cornelius Keith Johnson reported to the Baltimore County Detention Center to serve a weekend sentence on an unrelated charge. Upon checking the suspect’s warrant status prior to his release, it was determined that he had a First Degree Murder warrant out of Anne Arundel County. On November 21, 2011, the suspect was transported to Northern District and processed at approximately 5:45 p.m. The suspect is currently being held without bail at the Jennifer Road Detention Center.
