Printmaking Open House At AACC

Among the works on display by the AACC Printmaking Club, which is hosting the event in the Printmaking Studio, Cade Center for Fine Arts Room 302, is AACC student and Crownsville resident Sandy Sapienza’s “Black Walnut,” a gelatin print on paper, 10”x8.”
The free event, sponsored by the AACC Printmaking Club, runs 3-7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, in the Printmaking Studio in the Cade Center for Fine Arts Room 302. See demonstrations of fine art print processes and displays of etchings, woodcuts and a wide range of other prints. The event includes refreshments.
Printmaking demonstrations will take place at 4 p.m. and at 6 p.m. See intaglio press printing demonstrated by AACC student Cathy Sheahan of Annapolis, lithography press printing by Chris Mona, professor of visual arts, and printing without a press demonstrated by AACC student Sandy Sapienza of Crownsville.
