Man Struck By Car In Annapolis. A man struck by a car Monday night in Annapolis was flown to Shock Trauma, city officials said.Shortly before 8 p.m., city and Anne Arundel Countyfire crews were called to 598 Taylor Ave., where a man was found unconscious.The man, whose name was not immediately released, was flown to Shock Trauma with life-threatening injuries.

Fighter Jets Escort Plane To BWI. The Air Force had to scramble fighter jets to intercept an aircraft that entered restricted airspace above the nation’s capitol on Monday.Officers with the North American Aerospace Defense Command said two F-16 fighters escorted the plane out of the airspace near the National Capital Region about 6:30 p.m. Monday.The aircraft then landed at the Thurgood Marshall International Airport in Baltimore.

Police: Man Tried To Lure Kids From Anne Arundel ParkAnne Arundel County police arrested a man who they said was trying to lure children into a secluded part of a Pasadena park.Police said James Gaglione, 49, was seen by witnesses in Downs Park giving two boys money and trying to lead them into a wooded area.When officers arrived, they said Gaglione tried to get away on a bike.

BWI TSA Officer Charged With Child Pornography. A Transportation Security Administration security officer is out on bail after he was arrested and charged with child pornography.Michael Scott Wilson, 41, has been suspended from his job following the arrest.Wilson was charged Monday with possession and distribution of child pornography after agents searched his Perry Hall home.Neighbors said he’s married with no children. They said they’re stunned and disturbed by the charges, especially since most of them described Wilson as a straight-laced federal worker who took pride in his position and the trust that comes with it.
