Light Up Annapolis

| October 31, 2011, 01:37 PM | 0 Comments

Isn’t Annapolis spectacular around the holidays? The stores are all open late…there are not one, but two Midnight Madness shopping nights…the gaslights are decorated with greens…the tree at the foot of Main Street proudly beckons holiday revelers.

Did you ever wonder who does all of that? Newsflash–Santa’s Elves are just a little bit busy this time of year! The Annapolis Business Association is the “elf” factory that supplies the festive decorations and lights up Annapolis year after year. Local businesses all team up to bring the holiday experience to everyone.

But, unfortunately, it is not without cost. The Annapolis Business Association will be hosting their second annual  soiree on Thursday, November 10th at the Loews Annapolis Hotel. The event is a fundraiser to make sure this holiday is just as festive as the ones in the past. This 2nd Annual event includes an evening of sampling from 25 local restaurants, DJ & dancing, photographer, and an optional Champagne raffle plus 2 complimentary wine/beer tickets. And of course, a cash bar (once your tickets run out) will be available.

This is a perfect way to support the local businesses that make our local economy move. Eye On Annapolis will be there.  Will you?
